Daverana Enterprises
July 6 I started working promotions for Daverana Enterprises. From now on, you'll see me posting press releases, book covers, and other promotional information for Daverana. Please pay them a visit at:

Daverana is mainly owned and operated by Janrae Frank, a longtime pro in the horror and dark fantasy genres. She's worked in various aspects of the publishing industry since before I was born. I hold the lady in high regard, and I'm happy to join her team.

Here's a small peek at some Daverana titles.

Symphony for the Forgotten
 by Angeline Hawkes

Symphony for the Forgotten is one of those rare collections where every story is unique, and every story works. Angeline Hawke's writing is sharp, elegant and satisfying in the most deliciously dark way.
— Jonathan Maberry, Bram Stoker Award winning author of Zombie CSU and Patient Zero

Angeline Hawkes' Symphony for the Forgotten conjures dark and dangerous experiences, satisfyingly horrorific stories seasoned with sly humor, historical epics slipstreaming into alternate realities mixed with tales modern as an internet killer, hellishly inspiring, fantastically inventive, a collection of dark fiction impossible to forget!
— C. Dean Andersson, Bram Stoker Finalist, author of I Am Dracula, Raw Pain Max, and the Bloodsong Saga

Death In Common
Various poets

I thoroughly enjoyed this anthology of poetry written to a faux mass murder news story. The voices of recognizable and lesser known writers sang of the victim’s demise in poetic voices beautifully varied. The wonderful mix of poetry told a sinister/sweet/wickedly funny/poignant side of the dark faceted diamond called Death In Common.
--Linda Addison, award-winning author of Consumed, Reduced to Beautiful Grey Ashes.

For the connoisseur of the morbid, opening Death in Common will be akin to sorting through a delightfully gore-soaked Whitman’s Sampler of sweetmeats, discovering wicked flavors with each new bite. From Rich Ristow’s fascinatingly ghoulish concept spills a full cornucopia of horrors, from Marge Simon’s dark elegance to the gruesome poetic justice of Wrath James White, from Kurt Newton’s blood-black comedy to Christopher Conlon’s unsettling poignancy, from Louise Bohmer’s sensual brutality to the beautiful despair of Barry Napier’s finale.
-- Mike Allen, three time Rhysling Award winning poet and editor of Mythic Delirium.
